How do Moves recharge?
Free players store up to 24 Moves and regain one every 5 minutes. A manual number attempt uses one Move; clearing a cell and automatic chain placements do not. You can also choose to watch a rewarded ad for more Moves.
How do chain reactions work?
When your move leaves exactly one empty cell in a row, column or 3×3 box, Arcadoku fills that forced cell. It may finish another group and continue the chain.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Arcadoku, go to the home screen, open the Store and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Your Unlimited access remains active until the end of the paid period.
A rewarded ad did not grant Moves
Wait a moment and check the Moves button again. If the reward still does not appear, email us with your device model, iOS version and approximate time of the ad.
Does Arcadoku work offline?
The puzzles and active Unlimited entitlement can be used offline. Rewarded ads need a network connection, and purchase status may occasionally need to reconnect to the App Store.
