Effective date: July 28, 2026.
1. Controller and scope
Please Don't Do It is operated by Ilya Ilyich Rychagov, an individual entrepreneur based in Armenia (“we,” “us,” or the “Controller”). You can contact us at [email protected].
This Privacy Policy applies to pleasedontdo.it (the “Website”), our games and applications that link to this Policy (the “Games”), and support communications we receive in connection with them. Some Games may display advertising. Third-party websites, app stores, advertising providers and other services operate under their own privacy policies.
2. Legal framework
We process personal information in accordance with the data protection laws that apply to a particular user and processing activity. These may include the Law of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data; the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and national laws implementing the ePrivacy Directive, where their territorial scope applies; and applicable United States federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), where the relevant statutory thresholds and scope are met.
References to a law in this Policy do not imply that it applies to every interaction. Rights and obligations are provided to the extent required by the law applicable to you.
3. Personal information we collect
3.1. Information you provide. If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, the content of your message and any game, device, purchase or diagnostic information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for us to resolve your request.
3.2. Website technical information. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, timestamps and security logs. We use this information to deliver and protect the Website.
3.3. Game and advertising information. When a Game includes advertising or mediation technology, we and our advertising providers may automatically collect or receive information such as IP address; advertising identifiers and other device or app identifiers; device manufacturer and model; operating system, language and general settings; app name, version and installation identifier; approximate location derived from IP address; network connection information; consent and privacy choices; game session, ad request, impression, view, click, completion, reward and other interaction events; and information used to detect fraud or measure advertising performance. The precise data collected depends on the Game, device, permissions, region, privacy choices and SDK configuration.
3.4. Sources. We obtain information directly from you, automatically from your interaction with the Website or Games, and from service providers and advertising partners. We do not purchase personal information from data brokers.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal information to operate, maintain and secure the Website and Games; respond to support requests; provide requested information and services; administer transactions where applicable; display, mediate and measure advertising; select contextual or, where permitted, personalised advertisements; attribute installations and advertising results; limit how often an advertisement is shown; provide rewards associated with rewarded advertisements; produce aggregated reporting; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our services, supporting users, preventing fraud, measuring service performance and providing contextual advertising, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and consent where the law requires it, including for personalised advertising, access to an advertising identifier or other non-essential device storage. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
5. Advertising, mediation and external services
5.1. Website. The Website does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking. If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies on the Website, we will update this Policy and request consent where required.
5.2. Games. Some Games may use Unity LevelPlay as an advertising mediation platform and may receive advertisements from ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. Mediation allows advertising networks to compete for and deliver an available ad placement. Unity Technologies and ironSource Mobile Ltd., a Unity affiliate, may process information as independent controllers for their own advertising, measurement, security and service-improvement purposes. Their practices, retention periods and privacy controls are described in the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
5.3. Personalisation and choices. Depending on applicable law, device settings and your choices, advertisements may be contextual or personalised. Refusing or withdrawing consent to personalised advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements; it may result in less personalised or contextual advertisements. Where available, privacy choices can be changed through the Game's privacy controls, the privacy icon displayed in a Unity advertisement, operating-system privacy settings, or by contacting us.
5.4. Other external services. Links to app stores, Discord, Instagram and other third-party services take you to services controlled by those providers. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy notices.
7. International data transfers
We operate from Armenia, so information submitted by users in the EEA, the United States or elsewhere may be processed in Armenia, the United States, Israel and other countries where our service providers and advertising partners operate. Privacy protections in those countries may differ from those in your country.
Where the GDPR or another applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, we use an available lawful safeguard, such as an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, contractual and technical safeguards, or a permitted statutory derogation. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.
8. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to your request, maintaining appropriate business, advertising and security records, meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the relationship with you and applicable legal requirements. Advertising providers determine their own retention periods for information they process as independent controllers; see their privacy notices for details.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
9.1. EEA users. Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data; restrict or object to processing; receive data you provided in a portable format; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
9.2. United States users. Depending on your state and whether the relevant law applies to us, you may have rights to know or access personal information, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, receive a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, appeal a decision and receive equal service without discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
9.3. Exercising your rights. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe your request, the relevant Game and the jurisdiction in which you live. You may also use an available in-Game privacy control or the privacy icon displayed in a Unity advertisement for requests concerning advertising data processed by Unity. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorised agent may submit a request where applicable law permits. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
10. Children
The Website and La Pianca are intended for adults aged 18 and over. The intended audience and age eligibility of another Game are identified in its applicable store listing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Website or use children's personal information for personalised advertising where prohibited by law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information contrary to this Policy, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Contact and policy updates
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact Ilya Ilyich Rychagov at [email protected].
We may update this Policy when our practices, Games, service providers or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
