1. Provider and acceptance
Flight Memos is provided by Ilya Ilyich Rychagov, an individual entrepreneur based in Armenia, operating under the Please Don't Do It name (“we,” “us”). By downloading, accessing or using Flight Memos, you agree to these Terms and the Flight Memos Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Flight Memos helps you record, import, review and explore flight and journey information. Features may include manual entry, file or calendar imports, optional connected-email imports, travel statistics, weather or airport information and device or private-cloud synchronization.
Flight information, schedules, status, weather and estimates may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Flight Memos is a personal recordkeeping tool, not an airline, airport, travel agent, navigation service or source of operational aviation instructions. Always confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant airline or airport.
3. Connected services
You may choose to connect services operated by third parties, including Google, Microsoft or Apple. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. Flight Memos requests only the access described in its interface and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and connected accounts.
You can disconnect an email account in Flight Memos and may separately revoke the app's authorization in the provider's account settings. A provider may restrict, suspend or change its service independently of us.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to use Flight Memos lawfully; provide only information you have a right to process; avoid interfering with the app, APIs or other services; and not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or security measures.
You are responsible for reviewing imported information before saving or relying on it and for keeping any backups you consider necessary. Do not use Flight Memos for emergency, safety-critical, immigration, legal, financial or compliance decisions.
5. Ownership
Flight Memos, its design, software, branding and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
You retain rights in information you enter or import. You authorize the app and its disclosed service providers to process that information only as necessary to provide the features you request and as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, integrations or supported platforms. Background refresh, external APIs, network access, Apple services and email-provider access are not guaranteed. We may limit use where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flight Memos is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use Flight Memos, reliance on travel information, third-party services or loss of data. Any mandatory liability remains limited as permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the app, law or provider requirements. We will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date. If you continue to use Flight Memos after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable Armenian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
