The private flight journal for iPhone

Remember the whole trip. Not just the booking.

Turn every route into a world you can explore: a tactile globe, a traveler passport, live airport details, weather and the photos that bring each journey back.

Flight Memos is currently in development for iPhone. Features may first appear in pre-release builds.

Unlimited journeysKeep the full archive.

On-device firstYour history stays yours.

Made for the day of travelGate, board and Live Activity.

Built to be portableImport freely. Export freely.

Your world, in motion

Every route belongs somewhere.

Spin a dotted 3D globe, tap airports and move between the journeys that shaped your map. Upcoming routes get the spotlight; past flights stay ready when nostalgia calls.

  • Search airports by code, city, country or localized name.
  • See multi-stop journeys as the routes you actually flew.
  • Keep distance, flight-time and travel statistics close by.

A passport that is actually yours

Collect arrivals, not achievements.

Every country arrival becomes a passport stamp. Turn the pages, choose a cover and add a traveler portrait — ordinary or delightfully questionable.

Optional Pro adds more passport pages and deeper visual customization. Your flight history itself has no journey limit.

More than a list of airport codes

Useful before, during and long after the flight.

LIVE

The day-of-flight companion

Check the departure airport board on your iPhone for gate, time and status. Keep the active leg on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island with Live Activity.

Weather along the route

See what to expect at future stops and a useful approximation of conditions from journeys in the past — without making weather a requirement for the trip.

Photos find their journey

With your permission, Flight Memos finds geotagged photos taken in the country you visited and brings them into the journey as a private memory reel.

Add a journey with Siri

Create a new journey without opening the app. Ask Siri, keep moving and fill in the route when it suits you.

GATE

Evidence, not guesses

Operational details are read from airport boards on-device and kept separate from your saved plan, so an uncertain source cannot silently rewrite your history.

Your archive can leave

Import from familiar travel apps, keep a Flight Memos archive and export your data whenever you want. Lock-in is a terrible souvenir.

One journey, three moods

Calm when nothing needs you. Specific when something does.

BEFORE

Plan and look ahead

Keep dates, local departure times, flight numbers, route maps and expected weather together.

DURING

Follow the active leg

See board-backed gate, departure and status details — with a focused Live Activity when the journey becomes actionable.

AFTER

Keep what mattered

Return to route statistics, passport stamps, historical weather and the photos connected to that visit.

Bring your history with you

Start fresh. Or absolutely do not.

Add one journey by hand, scan a boarding pass or move years of flights across. Everything enters the same review and deduplication flow before it becomes part of your journal.

01

Manual

Build any route, including multi-stop journeys, with searchable airport data.

Read-onlyNo sending, editing, deleting, labels or mailbox administration.

On-device extractionOnly flight candidates are shown, and you review them before saving.

Easy to revokeDisconnect in Flight Memos or revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account.

Flight Memos' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Private by architecture

Your travel history should feel personal, not harvested.

No Flight Memos travel-history server
Your saved journeys live on-device and can sync through your private Apple CloudKit database.

Sensitive work stays close
Boarding-pass parsing, airport-board extraction and email processing happen on your iPhone.

Permission is a feature boundary
Photos, notifications and connected accounts are optional and remain under your control.
